We are pleased to announce that the online/telephonic Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Monday, January 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) new members to the Board of Directors. Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy with Consent in Lieu of Meeting, and Ballot. You may email or mail your Ballot and/or Proxy, or you may now vote Electronically on your Association’s Website at www.riversidepointtownhomes.com.
If you do not vote online, it is important that the Ballot and/or Proxy be returned by 5:00pm on January 18, 2021 in order for it to be counted. Please note: Floor Nominations and Write-in’s Candidates’ cannot be accommodated for an election meeting held online/telephonically.
***According to Texas Property Code, § 209.00592 a Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum. If you vote online, please do not return a ballot or proxy and do not assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted.
There are 3 ways you can vote:
1. You may now vote Electronically, on your Associations Website at www.riversidepointtownhomes.com
2. Email your Ballot and Proxy to steven@essexhoa.com or proxies@essexhoa.com
3. Mail the Ballot and Proxy to:

We look forward to you joining us online on Monday, January 18, 2021. All documentation enclosed will be posted to the Association’s website. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast votes. It is very important that all documents are returned to your Association Manager by or before the deadline mentioned above. Votes cast online by proxy will not be counted until the actual proxy is submitted to Essex for verification and count.
